TESTIMONIALS 2024/25

Little Sponges Nursery is an exceptional choice for early childhood education, where Nicole and Simone create a nurturing environment that perfectly balances care and learning. The nursery's commitment to Montessori principles shines through in their approach to successfully teaching skills like mathematics and phonetics using engaging games and activities. What specially sets this nursery apart however, is the personalized attention each child receives. Nicole and Simone adapt their curriculum to meet individual developmental needs, showing their genuine commitment to each child's growth. Their attentiveness to parental concerns and open communication creates a wonderful partnership between home and nursery.

The impact on my girls' development was remarkable, fostering their independence and self-confidence. They want to return even after moving, speaking about the positive, engaging environment created at Little Sponges. Parents' only regret? That Little Sponges doesn't extend into primary education!

I cannot recommend them enough!

We could not be more pleased with the care and attention that Theo received at Little Sponge’s. Nicole, Simone and the entire staff really care for the children and their emotional and social development and make sure to support this in the right way.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Little Sponges to give your little one the best possible start.

Little Sponges isn’t just a nursery; it’s a place filled with love and care where children truly flourish. The teachers nurture, guide and inspire the children every day, going far beyond what you’d expect from a nursery.

When our family faced difficult times, Miss Nicole and Miss Simone were there for us in ways we couldn’t have imagined. They supported our child with compassion, while also guiding and educating us as parents. Their actions come from such a genuine place of love, and it’s clear that this is the very heart of why Little Sponges exists.

Our daughter hasn’t just grown and thrived here. She has made lifelong friends and so have we because the families who choose Little Sponges share the same values of kindness and community. This nursery is so much more than childcare for the working day. It is a caring, thoughtful environment that helps shape our children into the very best version of themselves.

If I could, I would wish for Little Sponges to continue alongside my child’s education all the way into adulthood. That’s how deeply it has impacted not only her life, but ours too. I will miss his chapter immensely and I will always be grateful for everything we’ve learned and experienced here.

"We feel so lucky to have found such a special nursery for our three children. From the very start, communication has been excellent, and it’s been amazing to watch each of them grow in confidence and independence during their time here. Nicole and Simone strike the perfect balance between nurturing warmth and gently encouraging independence, which has helped our children feel both supported and challenged in just the right way.

The small group setting has been wonderful for building close bonds – something we noticed with all three of our children – and it’s clear how much thought and care goes into creating a happy, stimulating environment. By the time they moved on, each of them was more than ready for school, and we couldn’t have asked for a better foundation.

We’re so grateful for the love, care, and guidance they’ve received – it’s been such a positive experience for our whole family."

I have always wanted my son, Edward, to have exposure to Montessori education since he ws born. Edward started going to Little Sponges when he was two and a half years old and had learned so much throughout the school year. He went to two nurseries - Little Sponges and another traditional nursery in Greenwich. At the end of the school year, Edward had been constantly telling us that he preferred Little Sponges.  He was sad to know that Little Sponges had to close for Summer and would not go back there again.

Putting Edward on the waiting list for Little Sponges since he was only a baby was one of the best decisions I had made. If they started running holiday clubs for preschool and reception students, I would definitely sign Edward up for that!

Thank you Ms. Nicole and Ms. Simone for your care and support for Edward and thank you for your tips and advice on how to make Edward a better little person.
